A complete shell-to-studio buildout for one of the fastest-growing fitness franchises in the country. What was previously an office space with zero plumbing infrastructure became a fully operational Pilates studio — built to exacting franchise standards in just 90 days.
The biggest challenge with this project wasn't the buildout itself — it was the infrastructure. The space was previously an office with no water or plumbing service. Our team had to bring all new water and waste lines into the space before any interior work could begin, turning a dry office shell into a fully plumbed fitness studio.
From there, the buildout was executed in close coordination with Jetset's franchise brand representatives to ensure every detail — from flooring specs to wall colors to equipment layout — met their national franchise standards. The signature LED ceiling logo, custom mirror walls, and accent lighting were all installed to replicate the brand experience their members expect at every location.
The project was completed in 90 days from permit to Certificate of Occupancy, delivered on time and to franchise spec.
