A complete transformation of a former hair salon into a full-service restaurant at Weston Town Center. Our team cut through multiple concrete block walls to create a seamless indoor-outdoor dining experience with large bi-fold doors — turning a closed-off retail space into an open, inviting restaurant.
This project required rethinking the entire space from the ground up. The former hair salon had none of the infrastructure a restaurant demands — no hood system, no grease trap, no commercial kitchen plumbing, and no gas service. Every utility was brought in new.
The defining feature of this buildout was the structural work. Our team opened up multiple concrete block walls to create wide openings for large bi-fold doors, transforming a closed-off salon into a restaurant with a true indoor-outdoor flow. Two large exterior awnings were installed in front of the bi-fold doors to shade the outdoor seating area — giving the restaurant a presence on the street that draws foot traffic through Weston Town Center.
Full kitchen infrastructure was built from scratch — hood system, fire suppression, grease trap, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing — along with all interior finishes including framing, drywall, flooring, tile, and the service counter. The project was completed in 135 days with a clean Certificate of Occupancy.
