The Tox started as a raw commercial shell — insulation-backed walls, bare concrete floors, and exposed ceiling structure. Our team transformed it into a premium wellness studio with a distinctive all-black interior that required precision on every finish detail.
New interior partitions were framed to create treatment rooms, a reception area, and a kitchen space. Full electrical was run throughout, new HVAC units installed, and bathrooms built from scratch. The exposed spiral ductwork was left as an intentional design element, complemented by a crystal chandelier and custom neon branding — creating a space that feels more like a luxury boutique than a typical wellness studio.
The entire buildout was completed in 75 days from permit to Certificate of Occupancy.
