PUERTO
PACIFICO

A 4,300 SF office building demolished back to shell and rebuilt as a high-end seafood restaurant. Not a single wall was finished with painted drywall — every surface is custom carpentry or tile. A massive kitchen, two new bathrooms, and all-new utility infrastructure delivered in 135 days.

WHAT WE
DELIVERED.

Puerto Pacifico started with a full demolition of the existing office space — stripped back to bare shell, bare concrete, and exposed structure. From there, every system was built from scratch: new water line (upsized for commercial kitchen volume), gas line brought in, grease trap installed, full hood and fire suppression system, new HVAC, complete electrical, and two new bathrooms built to code.

What sets this project apart is the finish level. There is not a single painted drywall surface in the entire 4,300 SF restaurant. Every wall is finished with either custom carpentry or tile — from the bar facade to the dining room walls to the restrooms. The attention to material detail across this much square footage required precise coordination between our carpentry and tile crews throughout the build.

The kitchen is one of the largest we've built — a high-end commercial kitchen designed for a full seafood menu with the infrastructure to match. The entire project was completed in 135 days from permit to Certificate of Occupancy.
